Learning Methodology
At NIIT we believe in consistently developing unparallel teaching methodology to give our students an edge over the others. So that their journey to success becomes a smooth drive.
MCLA -Model Center Learning ArchitectureOur research and development team has devised a revolutionary approach to instructor-led classroom learning. Over the years, research has shown that students learn best from an expert who serves as a role model, in the context of real-life problem scenarios and situations.
MCLATM exposes the student to case studies and specific problem settings drawn from the industry. These scenarios serve as the backdrop for problem discussions and collaborative problem solving. Students at first get an opportunity to observe their instructor (emulating an expert) solve the problem, and then solve the problem on their own under his guidance. Finally, they practice on their own until they master the required skills.
Blended LearningTo make the learning process more effective and efficient for our students, NIIT's Instructional Research & Development team devised the unique Brick-and-PortalTM Blended Learning Methodology.
This pioneering initiative blends the proven capability of instructor-led, classroom-based learning with the power, convenience and availability of multimedia based e-learning content and services. These are delivered through NIIT's award-winning e-learning portal, www.netvarsity.com and a web services portal that has been developed exclusively for our students-www.niitstudent.com
We believe that how one learns is as important as what one learns, since it has an impact on one’s learning and retention power. The Brick-and-Portal TM Blended Learning Methodology facilitates the move from instructor driven learning to self-paced learning, thereby enabling our students to pursue lifelong learning. This ability to learn continuously on the job is a key ingredient for success in the rapidly changing world of Information Technology.
CBTTo add depth and range to the curriculum, we have especially designed computer based learning tutorials. These are easy to use, navigate and understand. Which makes CBT the best way for students to get started on the path of self-learning. | |
