Confluence 2017 - NIIT’s flagship customer conference was organised in Goa, India from 1st – 3rd November 2017. Based on the theme - "Re-imagining Learning. Transforming Business", the conference saw wide scale participation by learning leaders from NIIT’s customers and partners.

During the conference, customers spoke about their experience and how they have shaped learning culture within their organisations. It also gave an opportunity to hear industry thought leaders share their perspective on new trends and innovation in the space of Learning. Key speakers included HR heads and Sr. leadership from organisations like – Reliance Industries, Vodafone, Wipro, UST Global, ICICI, Bank of Baroda, Cognizant, Essar Oil, IOCL, among others.

Following the opening address by Sapnesh Lalla, CEO, NIIT Ltd., the Vision Keynote on Only People Matter!, was delivered by Rajendra S Pawar, Chairman, NIIT Group. The confluence further witnessed thought provoking sessions on “Learning and Organizational Growth - Two Sides of the Same Coin?”; “People, Innovation, and Lifelong Learning - Strategic Options & Business Imperatives”, to name a few. Ron Kaufman, Founder & Chairman, UP! Your Service, also delivered a session on “Building a Culture of Service Excellence: A Proven Path to Continuous Improvement and Business Success”.

Some of the other spotlight sessions included panel discussion on “Achieving Retail Excellence through People Up-skilling” and “Talent Transformation in the Era of FinTech”. Both panels saw participation by industry leaders in their fields, to discuss key issues in the sector.

During the conference, NIIT announced a strategic initiative to drive cultures of service excellence across organizations worldwide. To do so, the company entered into an exclusive partnership with UP! Your Service, founded by award-winning Service Culture Consultant Ron Kaufman. Under this partnership, NIIT will help implement a culture of service excellence across organizations using UP! Your Service’s global expertise and tools in this area.

Overall, Confluence 2017, was a great success and gathered enormous appreciation from customers and partners.
