Jasjit Kang
EVP & Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Alight
Jasjit Kang is Executive Vice President & Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Alight’s global operations. Kang is responsible for 10,000 colleagues across four cities.
Prior to this role, he led Aon India’s largest business vertical—Benefits Administration. He was also in charge of Aon Hewitt’s Global Operations and Order to Cash verticals.
In another role, he was Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical at WNS Global Services.
With over 24 years of experience, Kang has worked in the areas of operations management, technology-based innovation, business development and relationship management. Of this time, he spent seven years in the banking industry with Citibank, Bank of America, ANZ Grindlays, and the next 17 years in the BPO sector. Kang serves as the Chairperson for the National Association of Software and Services Companies’ (NASSCOM’s) Global In-House Centers (GIC) Council for the North India region. He has an MBA from Central Queensland University and is a certified six-sigma practitioner.
