Judhajit Das
Chief Human Resources, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited
Judhajit Das started his career in 1995 with the RPG Group, a diversified conglomerate and has worked in multiple businesses spanning manufacturing and the services sector.
After a stint with GE Capital, Das joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in November, 2000.
He has been leading the HR team at ICICI Prudential Life since August, 2005.
Das graduated in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur. He currently chairs the HR & Training committee of CII Western Region.
