Prashant Verma, currently working as General Manager- HR, has been part of ICICI Bank Limited for over 15 years. He is heading Human Resources for Wholesale Banking Group, Strategic Solutions Group and Customer Service & Phone Banking Group. He is also the Practice Head for Performance Management System & Industry Academia functions of the Bank.
Verma has significant experience in the area of Change Management with focus on mergers and acquisitions, Performance Management, Talent acquisition and Management, Employee Relations & Psychometrics. He is a certified specialist for MBTI & OPQ32 personality questionnaires. He has been involved in setting up of the ICICI Academy for skills that focuses on creating a sustainable livelihood for the marginalized youth of the country. Prior to working with ICICI Bank, Verma has worked with ITC Ltd. and Tata Housing. He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM-Pune).
