An accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in Learning and Development, Sarita Fernandes has worked with various verticals within the IT and ITES sectors including Telecom, Banking, Insurance and Healthcare. She has worked with MNCs both in the Indian and the Global markets, leading and handling Talent Management, Quality and Organizational Development and has managed teams both nationally and globally.
As part of her professional journey, Fernandes has been associated with FIS, Reliance and GE Capital. She brings with her immense experience in managing Training, Quality and Operational risk management for clients like American Express, Telefonica, Sprint, and AT&T, among others.
Fernandes is proficient in developing and designing organizational development initiatives, supporting organizations to build process excellence and a Six Sigma culture, and enhancing business performance to drive operational and service quality. She has also set up and operated effective offshore profit centre models for Training and Quality services during her career.
Fernandes currently leads the Training and People Capability function at Vodafone India Ltd. for its Commercial Vertical. She manages multiple channel partners with over a 40,000 base of learners across India.
