T.K. Srirang

T.K. Srirang is Head Human Resources, ICICI Bank. He heads the Human Resources function for the bank and is a Member of the Research Advisory Council of IIT Bombay—Monash Research Academy. He is also a Member of IMD, Switzerland’s Executive Education Advisory Council, Member of the Society of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Member of the Governing Body of The International Institute of Information Technology, Bengaluru (IIIT-B ) and former Board Member of the National HRD Network.
Srirang holds an MBA degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and is a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering. He has been with the Bank since 2001.
Over the 20 years that he worked with organizations such as Coca-Cola India, Ford India, ICI India and ICICI Bank, Srirang handled Industrial Relations, Mergers, Leadership Development, Performance Management and large scale recruitment and employee engagement processes. He successfully led the integration of Sangli Bank and the Bank of Rajasthan with the ICICI Bank. He has also been instrumental in establishing Branch Banking Academy and Sales Academy for the Bank.
