With a proven track record and excellence in strategy, technology services management, training services and channel management, Rahul will spearhead the transformation of NIIT's global offerings and brand positioning in the realm of skills and talent development.
Sapnesh LallaPresident, Corporate Learning Group
Sapnesh Lalla is at the helm of the rapid growth and development of NIIT's Corporate Learning Group across North America and Europe. Sapnesh joined NIIT in 1992 and has enjoyed a long and accomplished tenure at the company. Sapnesh has been a pioneer for NIIT in the USA market ever since he relocated to the United States in 1996 as a Group Consultant. Under his leadership, NIIT has grown to become an established learning outsourcing solutions provider with its Managed Training Services offering.
Dr. Gregg Collins Ph.DSenior Vice President, Design
Dr. Gregg Collins is the Head of Instructional Design for NIIT's Corporate Learning Group. A Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Yale University, Dr. Collins played a key role in the seminal research carried out at ILS and was one of the authors of Northwestern's graduate program in Instructional Design. He was a co-founder of Cognitive Arts Corporation, which was incorporated in 1995 to commercialize ILS. Dr. Collins became Head of instructional design for Cognitive Arts in 1996, and subsequently for NIIT when it acquired Cognitive Arts in 2002. Learning programs created under Dr. Collins's leadership have won numerous international awards, and Cognitive Arts has consistently been recognized as a pioneer and leader in the effective use of instructional design and technology to support pedagogy.
Sailesh LallaSenior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Sailesh Lalla is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at NIIT's Corporate Learning Group and leads the company's learning outsourcing initiatives across corporate markets in North America and Europe. Sailesh has been a part of NIIT for 17 years, and has rich experience of forging and managing the governance of large scale outsourcing relationships. He has spearheaded NIIT's Managed Training Services offering and has been instrumental in the company’s growth as a market leader in learning outsourcing. He brings rich international expertise, having lived and worked on major training outsourcing relationships in Singapore, Australia and India.
DJ ChadhaSenior Vice President, Global Learning Delivery and Operations
DJ Chadha is Vice President for Global Learning Delivery and Operations practice at NIIT's Corporate Learning Group. DJ globally manages training delivery and operations for large enterprise accounts with P&L responsibilities. DJ joined NIIT in 1992 and has significantly contributed to the growth of the organization in a variety of roles, including Regional Technology Head, Director of Training and Head of Corporate Training. In his role as Regional Technology Head, DJ was responsible for the management of 45 training centers which included the rollout of new curriculum, recruitment, trainer ramp up, and budgets for the entire region. As Director of Training, DJ built NIIT's corporate training business worldwide by orchestrating and managing training delivery for large-scale Managed Training Service partnerships.
Edward TrolleySenior Vice President, Consulting and Advisory Services
Ed Trolley is Senior Vice President of Consulting and Advisory Services for NIIT's Corporate Learning Group. He is widely recognized for having started the training outsourcing industry when he orchestrated the first comprehensive training outsourcing deal between DuPont and The Forum Corporation in 1993. He has orchestrated more comprehensive training outsourcing relationships than anyone on the planet. Prior to entering the training outsourcing provider space, Ed was head of DuPont's Training and Education division where he oversaw and guided the training and education for the 110,000-person multi-national corporation. In 2014, Ed was named as one of the “100 Superstars of HR Outsourcing” by HRO Today magazine and in 2007, was recognized as one of the industry's top 20 most influential people in training by TrainingIndustry.com. He is the co-author of the seminal book,

Ganesh KrishnamurthySenior Vice President, Learning Content
Ganesh Krishnamurthy is Senior Vice President for the Learning Content practice at NIIT's Corporate Learning Group. He manages a team of more than 400 Instructional and Visual Designers, Project Managers, and Learning Consultants, who produce over a thousand hours of learning content annually to global customers across multiple domains. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry with strong focus in core education and training areas. In one of his past roles, he led a team of education technology professionals with specialization in learning management and content management applications. He has also managed a large channel of education partners, focusing on their business and technical growth.
PR SubramanianChief Financial Officer
PR Subramanian is the Chief Financial Officer for NIIT's Corporate Learning Group. A commerce graduate from the University of Madras, Mr. Subramanian joined NIIT in 1990. He moved to International Accounting in 1995 where he established and headed the accounting function for the USA and Singapore offices. With nearly three decades of functional expertise and practical experience, Mr. Subramanian has optimized the efficiency of accounting in the outsourcing back office and has spearheaded mergers and acquisitions including NIIT Technologies, Osprey, DEI, and Cognitive Arts. A true global citizen and NIIT pioneer, Mr. Subramanian is on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
Sandra R. Pruitt SPHRSenior Director of Human Resources
Sandra R. Pruitt is the Senior Director of Human Resources for NIIT’s Corporate Learning Group. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management, majoring in Human Resources from Kennesaw State University and has over 22 years of Human Resource Management experience. As a Senior Professional of Human Resource, (SPHR), Sandy's strengths include a diverse generalist background with expertise in employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, global immigration, and benefits negotiation and administration. She has been a part of NIIT’s growth, working as a member of the due diligence team to acquire and merge various businesses into the NIIT family, including Osprey, DEI, and Cognitive Arts. While working with NIIT, she was awarded membership to the prestigious President’s Club as a pathfinder. Sandy has been a Human Resources Director for various companies including Fairgreen Capital, Northside Realty, Barco, Inc., and NIIT.
