Managed Training Services leader connects with key audiences via social, online networking strategy
ATLANTA, Georgia - June 7, 2010 - NIIT's Enterprise Learning Solutions Business, a leader in global talent development, will officially launch its online social media strategy on Monday, June 7, in an effort to continue to build the NIIT brand and company recognition online, and to also further position the organization as an industry thought leader, providing top-tier value and services to clients.
Anchored by an official Facebook page (, additional social media networking initiatives will include an NIIT corporate blog, a Flickr account, and an NIIT ELS-specific LinkedIn ( company page, in tandem with both NIIT LinkedIn customer and interest groups.
"We realize that social media efforts can provide our organization with a great deal of opportunity," commented Sapnesh Lalla, President of NIIT's Enterprise Learning Solutions Business. "Considering the very nature of our business, we see emerging media as a mechanism by which we can enhance and extend trust-based relationships across our varied audiences."
With online and other technological advancements proven to be primary drivers in shaping influential interactions and dialogue between organizations and key target audiences, NIIT looks to take full advantage of the many benefits provided by social media initiatives. "We've always viewed technology as an enabler at NIIT. The addition of social media within our communications continues the practice of this philosophy," continued Lalla.
