#1 Quality Service Leader in “Bakers Dozen” 2010 Rankings
ATLANTA, Georgia (February 25, 2010) — NIIT announced today that it has been recognized in HRO Today magazine’s “Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings,” an annual ranking of learning industry providers. NIIT was ranked #1 in the Quality of Service Leaders category and positioned overall as the #2 Service Provider on this year’s list.
The HRO Today ‘Baker’s Dozen’ is an annual survey of learning BPO buyers that ranks providers on customer satisfaction, along with breadth and quality of service, and deal size. NIIT was acknowledged by customers  for its value, revenue growth, productivity, customer retention, profitability, costs, cycle time, and quality.
“Because training is both our business and our passion, we’ve always put our customers first,” states Sapnesh Lalla, Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head of NIIT. “We are extremely gratified to be acknowledged by the clients that are benefiting from our services and this validation that we are meeting and exceeding our customers’ needs sets the bar even higher for us moving forward.”
The 2009 HRO Today survey found that cost reduction was the most significant issue driving customers of learning solution providers. While cost continues to be an important factor, this year buyers are also placing an equal imperative on service and organizational issues.
“Companies are increasing looking to transform their businesses through human capital. As the economy emerges from the slow down, we are proud to be an enabling partner to help organizations optimize investments in training and development in order to extract maximum and tangible value”, continued Lalla.
NIIT’s services allow customers to reduce costs, embrace change, and drive quantifiable business impact.  Organizations partnering with NIIT benefit from economies of scale and aggregation, proven best practices, process improvements and process management, technology and enablement, in addition to training services such as content development and curriculum design.
