NIIT was recognized for its work with Shell.  The solution developed by NIIT enabled the worldwide adoption of standardized workflows and technology in a customized application to optimize and streamline the planning process at Shell’s Projects and Technology division. The Shell-Standard Primavera training has brought planners in the Global Planning Tools team one step closer to the ‘One Shell way of doing projects.’ By enabling existing and new users to effectively utilize and execute the complex tasks and workflows of the application, the planning process at Shell smoothly transitioned from the traditional pattern of working in silos to a more technology enabled, efficient and collaborative process based on Shell’s core ESSA guidelines and ultimately, drive business performance and results in that area.
“NIIT’s mission to develop and deliver innovative business solutions to help clients accelerate business impact falls in line with our partnership with Shell,” said Sapnesh Lalla, NIIT President and Business Unit Head. “Ultimately, our customers’ success is what matters most. Exceeding our customers’ expectations, delivering high levels of service and constantly improving what we do, is how we measure success.”
“The Learning In Practice Awards were established to recognize transformational and visionary leaders in enterprise education,” said Norm Kamikow, president and editor in chief of Chief Learning Officer magazine. “A record number of top learning executives and solution providers were nominated by their peers this year.
