Key University Alliances
We at NIIT endeavor to bring relevant programs to boost IT-Talent in the country by offering special B.Sc. (IT) and M.Sc. (IT) Degree Programs in collaboration with Kuvempu University.
Kuvempu University is a State-sponsored University established in the year 1987 and is recognized and funded by UGC. Kuvempu University is also recognized by the Distance Education Council of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
NIIT, Kuvempu University (KU) and their collaborators-Universal Education Trust [UET], have mutually agreed to promote and offer the BSc (IT) & MSc(IT) courses through selected NIIT Education Centers.
However, NIIT students have an advantage over other students with special lateral entry facilities being provided to them. Our students can enroll directly into 3rd / 4th Semester of B.Sc. (IT) and into 2nd / 3rd Semester of M.Sc. (IT). There will not be any other admission other than lateral entry mentioned. | |
