Experience based Learning/ SimulationsNIIT believes that Training should build a base of experience that can be called upon in real-world performance. Thus our Simulation based learning solutions are goal-directed, full of meaningful and realistic practice opportunities, and driven by decisions and consequences. They are loaded with coaching and memorable stories from experts, served up as the learner needs them, thereby delivering true organizational readiness. Beyond e-learning and technology, our solution provides a true competitive advantage by significantly accelerating your employees' and partners' ability to perform at their best –immediately.
This approach hinges on a unique form of Pareto Analysis (80/20 Rule) that involves critical mistake targeting -- identifying those crucial behaviors and mistakes that have the most significant impact on performance. By designing a simulated experience directly addressing these costly mistakes, NIIT delivers the level of experience accumulated over years of on-the-job learning in only a few days of training thereby maximizing a given employee's productivity and value as a business asset.

Content Conversion/LocalizationOften custom training/learning content is trapped in a proprietary format that binds the learning content to a particular viewer and editor. To be liquid, learning content needs to be free from its proprietary format and thus, free from its proprietary editors and viewers. NIIT converts your legacy learning assets enabling them to work on the web and harness its highest potential to educate. NIIT's Custom Learning Content Conversion is thus a significant aspect of your effective content management and covers:
ILT to CBT:New media treatment and instructional strategies are applied to convert learning content to an interactive, self-paced learning format.
ILT to WBT:ILT learning content is converted to either synchronous or asynchronous WBT format using special facilitation and interaction strategies.
CBT to WBT:This primarily entails technology migration to Web technologies and optimizing media assets for low-bandwidth delivery. Conversion of your existing web-based learning content to ensure compatibility with a learning platform of your choice, and creation of interactive e-books and web-enabled manuals are some additional services we offer.

ExpertEase (Video on demand / Talking Heads)NIIT develops content from expert lectures and offers it as one of its technology based learning solutions. This way the training is able to capture, re-purpose and distribute expert knowledge available within the organization (or sometimes outside the organization). NIIT transforms the expert instructional material, including presentation, handouts, and job-aids, and the instructional activities, such as group activities or discussions, into Talking Heads. NIIT's unique instructional design approach and development process ensure that the overall training time is reduced by at least 30% compared to traditional ILT session, and finished content is available for deployment in two areas: Knowledge Dissemination
- Corporate presentations
- New hire orientation
- Product presentation
Expert-led Training
- Procedure
- Equipment handling
