AC010_392 Bus.Processes in Financial Accounting
The course content is limited to the most important functions in the Financial Accounting integrated environment. You can learn about technical system configuration (Customizing) and get answers to more detailed questions on individual applications in the advanced courses. This course is suitable for people with little or no SAP experience. However, a background of accounting knowledge is recommended.This course features a high level of individual participation. AC010 demonstrates business processes on the basis of the new general ledger (new G/L).The functions of the following SAP releases are also covered in this course: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00, SAP ERP Central Component 5.0.


AC050 Bus.Processes in Mgmt.Accounting for Service Industries and Public Sector
The functions of the following SAP releases are also covered in this course: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00, SAP ERP Central Component 5.0.The course is comparable with AC040. Choose between the both courses dependant on the cost object controlling processes you use. For production processes to stock you should choose the AC040.

AC200 Accounting Customizing Fundamentals: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
The course works with a SAP ERP 6.0 system on Enhancement Package 4 and active new general ledger (new G/L).The functions of the following SAP releases are also covered in this course: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00, SAP ERP Central Component 5.0.

AC201 Accounting Customizing I
The course works with an active new general ledger (new G/L) system environment. The functions of the following SAP releases are also covered in this course: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00, SAP ERP Central Component 5.0. This course shows the basic concept of automatic account determination in logistics on basis of the standard processes purchase order - goods receipt in stock – invoice receipt and customer invoicing in sales. The topic “Split Valuation“ is not included in this course.

AC202 Accounting Customizing II: Special G/L Transactions, Document Parking, Validation & Substitution, Archiving
The course works with a SAP ERP 6.0 system on Enhancement Package 4 and active new general ledger (new G/L). The functions of the following SAP releases are also covered in this course: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00, SAP ERP Central Component 5.0.

AC205 Financial Closing
Due to the wide variety of topics covered in this course, thorough accounting knowledge is required. Material valuation is covered in detail in course CA535E (Material Valuation). This course features a high level of individual participation. AC205 demonstrates business processes and offers exercises on the basis of the new general ledger (=> new G/L). The AC210 course is designed for those involved in the implementation of the new general ledger and the AC212 course for consultants supporting customers in the migration from the ‘classic’ to the ‘new’ general ledger. Please note that the course also takes into consideration the functions run on earlier releases.

AC206 Parallel Valuation and Fin. Reporting: Local Law - IAS (IFRS)/US-GAAP
Please note that the e-learning course AC206e is available as an alternative to this classroom training. This course provides a detailed description of how parallel accounting can be implemented in SAP systems. This course provides a brief look at the new general ledger. This topic is covered in more detail in the course AC210.Participants should have a good knowledge of the SAP financials application mySAP ERP Financials and how it is configured. Equivalent knowledge of logistics would be helpful, but is not mandatory. The content of this course is appropriate for participants on the following SAP software releases: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00.

AC210 New General Ledger (in SAP ERP)
The topic Migration to the new G/L is explained in detail in the standard course AC212 Derivation from profit centers from other SAP modules required for segment balances is covered in detail in course AC610 (=> Profit Center Accounting). The functions of SAP release SAP ERP Central Component 5.0 is also covered in this course.

AC212 Migration to the New General Ledger
After this course, participants should be able to understand the wide range of complex interrelations of a migration to the new general ledger. Participants should get to know and be able to use the service SAP General Ledger Migration, provided by SAP .After this course, participants should be able to carry out a migration project.

AC220 Special Ledger
This course gives a brief overview of the new general ledger. You will learn about customizing the new general ledger in course AC210. This course also discusses the functions of the following SAP releases: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00.

AC305 Asset Accounting
The course works with a SAP ERP 6.0 system on Enhancement Package 4 and active new general ledger (=> new G/L). Please note that the course also takes the functions into consideration on earlier releases (and on classic GL).

AC400 Programming in Financials
The functions of the following SAP releases are also covered in this course: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00, SAP ERP Central Component 5.0.. The content of this course is not relevant to Delta ABAP.

AC660 EC-CS: Consolidation Functions
If you are interested in learning about BW-based consolidation SEM- BCS, please attend course SEM240. This course also discusses the functions of the following SAP releases: R/3 4.6, R/3 Enterprise Ext. 1.10/ 2.00.

ERP020 Management Empowered by mySAP ERP Financials
Please be aware that this e-learning has some overlaps to the classroom course SAPFIN. The goal of this e-learning is not to learn how to configure the system and special transactions, but rather to give you an integrated understanding of mySAP ERP Financials functionality relevant for every Business Manager with touch points to some Financial business aspects.
