Josh Bersin
Principal, Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting LLP
Josh Bersin founded Bersin in 2001 to provide research and advisory services focused on corporate learning. He is responsible for Bersin by Deloitte's long term strategy and market eminence. Josh is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted on talent management topics in key media, including Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, on BBC Radio, CBS Radio and National Public Radio. He is a popular blogger for Forbes.com and has been a columnist since 2007 for Chief Learning Officer magazine. Josh spent 25 years in product development, product management, marketing and sales of e-learning and other enterprise technologies at companies including DigitalThink (now Convergys), Arista Knowledge Systems, Sybase, and IBM. Josh's education includes a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Jay Whitehead

Over Jay Whitehead's 34-year career, he has led 3 different types of companies: workforce technology-based services, B2B media and social e-commerce. In capital markets, Jay has also raised over $150 million in venture capital and private equity for his companies and achieved 5 liquidity events. In communications, Jay started his career in TV as a reporter and news writer at KTTV Channel 11 in Los Angeles, and has continued as a TV and media personality and to train corporate executives, technology experts, political candidates and non-profit leaders in presentation skills. Currently Jay is Founder and CEO of moblHR.com, 100% Mobile Payroll, Benefits & Human Resources, a workforce mobile technology service for small and mid-sized business backed by investor Herbert Feinberg.

Narayan Pant
Professor of Management Practice, Raoul de Vitry d'Avaucourt Chaired Professor of Leadership Development, INSEAD
Narayan began his academic career, writing and teaching in Strategy. He taught strategy and policy at New York University's Stern School, and the business faculties of the University of Alberta (Canada) and the National University of Singapore. Today, Narayan spends much of his time working with senior leaders to improve leadership judgment. In his view, leadership marks itself at the fulcrum of decision – when leaders make choices. He has redesigned, repositioned and delivered INSEAD's flagship senior management program – The Advanced Management Program – around the theme of improving leadership judgment.
