We eagerly look forward to seeing you soon. Your stay for the Confluence is complimentary at ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa, the venue of the event. Please note that we have booked the hotel room on a single occupancy basis.
To attend all the sessions of the conference, we would request you to arrive in Goa by 2 PM on Dec 6, 2018 and plan your return flight any time after 5:00 PM on Dec 8, 2018. Also note that it will take 30 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport.

Check-in: December 6, 2018. 2 PM onwards.
Please note that you will have to arrange for the air tickets. We have arranged for a Seat-in-Coach pickup service, stationed at the Goa airport, and you can avail of this facility should you choose to do so. Do let us know about your flight details in advance to facilitate smooth transit.
Our Confluence Volunteers will be present in the Arrival area of the airport with a placard to guide you to the Hotel bus or the taxi booking counter.
We would also like to share with you that the dress code at the conference is business casual.
