To ensure that you attend all the sessions of the conference, please plan to arrive in Goa by 2 PM on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 and plan your return any time after 1 PM on Friday, February 3, 2023.

Accommodation at ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa is complimentary for two nights from Wednesday night, February 1, 2023 through Thursday night, February 2, 2023.

The hotel check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 noon. Please specify your check-in and check-out dates as ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa will block your room (complimentary).
