Anil Santhapuri is a values-based and results-oriented Talent & OD professional, with 16 years of professional experience (IT and Financial Services) in the areas of talent management, learning & leadership development and consulting. In his current role at CGI, he is responsible for Learning & Development agenda for Asia Pacific Global Delivery Centre of Excellence.
Anil is a two-time “Learning in Practice award winner” from Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Magazine USA, for 2017 and 2018 respectively. In March 2012, Anil was also recognized as one of the "Top 10 Training & OD Professional Globally" by Training Magazine. In October 2017, under his leadership, Western Union, was recognized as “#1 Organization for Learning” by ATD BEST. In January 2019. He was also recognized as Top40Under40 HR Leaders in India.
Some of the certifications Anil holds are: ACC certified Coach from ICF (International Coach Federation); Certified administrator of MBTI, CPI260, Critical Thinking Watson Glaser, Korn/Ferry's Voices 360 & Learning Agility and Gallup’s Accelerated Coach Certification. Also, currently pursuing Teacher Certification in Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute’s Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence Program.
Anil is a passionate believer in empowering people through learning and is a ACC certified coach from International Coach Federation (ICF). He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has completed his PGDBA from Symbiosis
