Rutinder has over 18 years of rich experience in different sectors like Hotels, Petroleum, KPOs and Insurance with extensive involvement in education, training and skilling space. During this period, he has worked in various roles with companies like Reliance Petroleum, HSBC’s Global Finance Center, Max Life Insurance and Bajaj Finserv. He has been instrumental in influencing and structuring the Learning Architecture within some of these companies with a key focus on strategies that engage employees, shape culture and translate into tangible results both for the individuals and the organization.
