In her career spanning over 2 decades, Sarita has worked with multiple MNCs, both in the Indian and the Global market, leading and managing Talent Management, Quality, OD Solution Design & Deployment, Leadership and Capability Building, Operational Risk Management. She has managed teams both nationally and globally and also supports high impact cross-functional projects. She has mentored several Sigma & Process improvement projects to enhance business performance.
Sarita currently leads Pan India Training and People Capability with Vodafone Idea Ltd. for their Commercial Vertical, managing all customer service channels with over a 40K learner base across India.
Her passion for transformation and inquisitiveness towards technology and automation in the learning space has allowed her to spend considerable time on digitizing and personalizing the learning experience with new-age practices and technologies, thereby contributing to creating a more future-fit and agile workforce
Besides winning multiple Training Innovation awards for the organizations she has worked for, Sarita also features on the list of the Top 100 Training & Development minds by 2018 World HRD Congress and Top 25 Most Talented Global T&D and Quality Leaders in 2014 by the World T&D and Quality Congress for her exemplary track record.
