About Confluence

Confluence, NIIT’s annual customer conference, is a three-day exclusive event where business leaders from diverse industries and backgrounds share and exchange their perspectives on the latest trends in talent management, learning and organizational development.

NIIT India Confluence fosters a collaborative environment where leaders can learn from each other's experiences, challenge assumptions, and spark new insights that can be applied to their own organizations. NIIT India Confluence is back with its 7th edition, which will take place in ITC Grand, Goa from April 10-12, 2024. Confluence 2024 is set to be bigger and richer, in scale and in experience.
