So, you have rolled out that new fancy application which reduces complexity and improves collaboration. You are excited and can’t wait for users to try it out - and tell you how much of a step up it is, compared to the previous system in place. You expect heavy usage and have a helpdesk in place to ease over rollout bumps.
However, you soon get a sense that not everything is going as planned. The helpdesk is inundated with calls, usage is low, and before you know it, users are complaining and there’s mass abandoning of the platform.
