We have always believed that learning should not be a privilege for the few which is why we reach out with innovative, low cost, and effective programs in under-developed regions of the world. From a Tsunami-hit village in Sri Lanka to the remote villages of Africa, our pioneering technologies are ensuring that children around the world can experience the benefits of technology-enabled learning.

Whether it is Thanksgiving or Christmas, the earthquake in Haiti or the Tsunami in South East Asia, NIITians have always been at the forefront of contributing to society. We share our Christmas gifts with the Atlanta Mission for the Homeless and UNICEF.

NIIT's Hole-in-the-Wall initiative provides a "minimally invasive" learning mechanism that enables children to learn through self and group exploration in an unsupervised environment. Watch this video to learn more.

The NIIT Foundation

The NIIT Foundation reaches out to the underserved sections of India's youth by providing workforce enablement and advanced technology skills through its District Learning Centers so that they can be equipped to join India's emerging workforce that offers 455.7 million job opportunities.

Career Education for the Hearing Impaired

It is estimated that over 15 million Indians are hearing impaired and 80% of such individuals do not receive any formal education. NIIT has introduced programs for the hearing impaired through the Noida Deaf Society to equip youth with disabilities to pursue their education and further their careers.
