About the Speakers

1. Kushal Dev Kashyap- Sales head, Career Education Business, NIIT Limited

Kushal Dev Kashyap (popularly known as KD), brings an excellent experience in managing field sales, business development and has been instrumental in creating new opportunities in selling across Education & training industry. KD completed his Masters in Marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad & BTech in Electronics from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, GGSIP University.

2. Alison Burns - Head of Customer & Partner Learning, Nokia

Alison has spent more than 20 years with Nokia, with experience spanning across multiple technologies in many areas of services from technical support, network operations and now learning. She holds an MBA from the University of Denver, a Master’s of Science in Organizational Development from Eastern Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from St. Joseph College in Connecticut.

3. Mark Bass- Development of Advanced Learning Solutions, Nokia

Mark has more than 30 years of experience with Nokia and Bell Laboratories, with previous experiences across various Business and Manufacturing Engineering disciplines. He graduated from Cornell University with both a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. Most recently, Mark led the development of the Nokia Bell Labs 5G Certification Program.

4. Alessandro De Micheli – Consultant at Nokia Edu
Reigning over the telecommunication world since 1992, Mr. Alessandro joined Marconi communications in 1992 as a Software Designer. After the company was bought by Ericsson,
he covered the same role for several years travelling all around the world. Recently, he joined the pioneers in telecommunication, Nokia Edu, as a consultant.

5. Iruvanti N Kishore - Learning Solutions Consultant at Nokia

Mr. IN Kishore, an alumnus of Andhra University and IIM Calcutta, has extensive experience in the telecom industry spanning over 32 years, out of which, 25 years have been in learning function with AT&T, Lucent, Alcatel Lucent & Nokia. Currently, he is responsible for learning solutions consulting for markets like South Asia, Thailand, South Korea and Japan.
