Learners in final semester of Graduation & Learners awaiting graduation results from any stream, with age between 19-25 years (at the training start date) and who are interested to have a rewarding career in ICICI Bank.
Candidates will need to appear for the English Proficiency Test (where student’s basic English writing skills are evaluated), ICICI Bank Sales Profiler Test (that checks a candidate’s aptitude for sales profiles), followed by a Personal Interview and Aptitude test (which tests Numerical Comprehension, Verbal Comprehension, Series Completion & Basic aptitude. A candidate who clears all the above rounds is eligible to register for the programme.
The programme comes with a placement offer from ICICI Bank. On successful completion of the course, the candidates will be absorbed in the bank but the exact assignment and nature of the work will be the sole prerogative of ICICI Bank. Sales will be an essential feature of all the possible roles.
