Dr. Alok Malhotra

Dr. Alok Malhotra is a senior trainer and academic consultant with NIIT IFBI. Alok has over 30 years of work experience, including 15 years of banking, 6 years of entrepreneurship and 10 years of training experience.

Alok brings with him rich experience across banking, entrepreneurial venture, curriculum design and training delivery in the areas of New Joiner Induction, Financial Management, Behavioral Skills, Sales and Customer Interaction Skills, and Core Banking Solution. He has extensive experience of working with Indian as well as International banks like ANZ Grindlays Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, Bandhan Bank, Various Small Finance Banks and Payments Banks, in all units of retail banking, new branch implementation, system migration, new product launches and setting up of training infrastructure.

Graduates from any stream (with or without work experience) with age between 19-24 years (at the training start date) and who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking & Finance sector.

Candidates will need to appear for a Personal Interview and Aptitude test (which tests Numerical Comprehension, Verbal Comprehension, Series Completion & Basic aptitude). A candidate who clears both the rounds mentioned above is eligible to register for the programme.

The programme comes with 3 assured placement interviews. However, the job role totally depends on requirements from Banks and other companies in the BFSI sector. Majorly these include roles across Sales & Relationship & Branch Banking roles.

This programme is immersive and covers detailed content to prepare an all-rounded BFSI professional who will be ready to work in any private Banking or Financial service organization. It is a mix of virtual instructor-led classes and guided practice.  Some other features include:

P.S. NISM Series V-A preparation will be covered in the course curriculum. But it is up to the individual student to register and sit for the certification on his/her own. NIIT will play no role in the actual certification.
