Bharati Bashyam started her journey in NIIT in 1993 as an Academic Counselor in one of our centers. In the last 25 years, she has handled different portfolios across the business.
Her career progression @ NIIT has given her exposure to multiple roles across multiple domains- starting from counseling to being a part of the NIIT Online Learning team, to setting up the 1st Contact Centre for NIIT, to taking care of the Trainer Pool for smooth education delivery and now Heads the Placement Function Nationally. Bharati and her team work closely with the industry and NIIT students to help them find their first job- across IT & BFSI verticals.
