In collaboration with StackRoute, the company embarked on a meticulously structured three-phased Architect’s Competence Development Program. This architecture development program was designed to transform professionals into future-ready architects who could lead the design and implementation of complex systems:
- Market Dynamics and Technology Landscape: The first phase introduced participants to current market trends and emerging technologies, equipping them with the knowledge to foresee and react to changes in the tech landscape.
- Deep Dive into Architectural Knowledge: The second phase focused on deepening their expertise in various architectural domains.
- Application and Leadership: The final phase challenged participants to apply their knowledge in practical settings, fostering skills in articulating architectural visions and roadmaps, and making strategic decisions that align with business goals.
