As an engineering solutions company, tech runs at the center of Zensar. Naturally, the penchant to excel reflects across Zensar’s workforce, especially senior full stack Java professionals aspiring to function as Solution architects. So, the need for the hour was a transformative training program, a one-of-a-kind pedagogy to appeal to professionals with decades of industry experience.
The Solution
A functional learning experience for top line workforce
At StackRoute, we are staunch believers of training top line workforce to deliver an organization-wide impact. Our transformative training program for Zensar was created with an aim to boost architectural capabilities, keeping in line with unique business requirements for Zensar’s customers.
Working closely with the best minds at Zensar, we designed a 3-month training program with room for hands-on activities, workshops and case studies. Also, before we kick started the program, a self-evaluation survey was rolled out to all learners and based on the responses, the final cohort was selected. Finally, the program was conducted over two distinct phases:
- Architecture Core comprising all sessions related to architecture core concepts.
- Realizing Architecture comprising all sessions for realizing architectural concepts.
