1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all learners enrolling in the specified courses. By enrolling, learners agree to comply with all course guidelines, rules, regulations, schedules, administrative procedures, and disciplinary requirements.

1.2 Course Admission Validity
- Admissions are non-transferable to other candidates or courses.
- The enrolment is Valid only for the specific batch and course enrolled.
- No batch changes or breaks are permitted; learners must complete the course within the batch schedule.
- NIIT is not liable for any services after the completion of the allocated batch.
2. Course Admission
- Candidates must apply online at www.niit.com.
- A unique application ID is generated upon successful submission of the application.
- Enrolment is confirmed post payment, generating a unique Enrolment ID.
- Registration is complete only upon complete fee payment, granting access to course services.
- Learners must complete the course as per the defined schedule.
- In case of batch start date changes, learners will be notified via email. Any objections to the change must be emailed to CustomerCareDigital@niit.com within 7 days of the notification or at least two days before the batch start date, whichever is earlier.
3. Fee Payment
- Payments must be made online through the NIIT website.
- Payments made via cash or mobile payment apps ( such as Google Pay/Paytm etc) to third parties or to the personal account of any NIIT official are unauthorized. NIIT is not responsible for such payments.
- All payments are subject to an additional GST of 18%.
- Course access is granted only after fee payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by NIIT
- Course Cancellation: Full refund if NIIT cancels the course after enrolment.
- Enrolment Cancellation due to Schedule Change: Full refund if learners cancel due to batch schedule changes before the start of classes. Attendance in any class implies acceptance of the revised schedule.
- Identifying incorrect Admission Details: Admission may be cancelled if incorrect details are provided by the learner. No refund will be provided in such cases.
4.2 Cancellation by the Learner
- Prior to Batch Start: Full refund if the learner cancels before the batch start date.
- After Batch Start: No refund if cancellation occurs after learner has started to attend the sessions of the batch.
- No-Show: Eligible for a refund minus 10% of the course fee if no classes are attended and a refund request is made within 30 days of the batch start date. After this period, the fee is forfeited.
- Cancellation requests must be made via email from the learner’s registered email to CustomerCareDigital@niit.com.
5. Refund Policy
- All Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval. The refund will be made to the Learner’s bank account only.
- Full fee will be refunded if the cancellation is requested before the batch start date.
- No-show learners can request a refund within 30 days of the batch start. Refund will be made after deducting 10% of the course fee.
- Full fee will be refunded if cancellation is due to change in batch schedule by NIIT, provided the request is made before the revised start date of the batch.
- Full fee will be refunded if the batch is cancelled by NIIT.
- No refund will be applicable after Learner has attended any session of the course.
6. Course Pedagogy
Courses consist of 4 sprints. Each sprint consists of :
- Sync Sessions: Two-hour live contact sessions for debrief of previous sprint assignments, concept coverage, brief on new assignments, and interaction.
- Async Sessions: Minimum of two hours per sprint for self-study, completing the assignments, practice quiz at the learner's convenience.
The unique learning cycle (Learn 4 Practice 4 Apply 4 Review 4 Refactor) helps Learners to learn from knowing and correcting their mistakes.
7. Learning Plan
- These are Instructor-led, online live courses conducted using virtual classroom tools like Zoom.
- The pace of the Course is dependent on the number of sprints covered during the week.
- Courses follow a defined schedule referred to as the Learning Plan.
- Learners must adhere to the Learning Plan to complete the course.
8. Medium of Instruction
- English is the medium of instruction for teaching and all learning materials.
- Learners must understand, interpret, and communicate in English, meeting a proficiency level of mid-A2 or above on the CEFR scale.
9. Batch Commencement
- Batch details (start date, days, and timings) are published on the course page during admission.
- Detailed schedules are available on the LMS upon registration.
10. Attendance
- Attendance is recorded and monitored. Minimum 90% attendance is required for certification.
- In case of illness or emergencies, learners must inform the Mentor and Learning Delivery Manager and complete missed sessions through recorded lectures before the next one.
- Watching recorded sessions does not count as attendance.
11. Certification
Eligible learners will receive a digitally verifiable e-certificate within 10 days of course completion.
12. Digital Devices
- Learners must have their own desktop or laptop, with webcam, headset, broadband (minimum 20MBPS), and UPS.
- Learners are responsible for their hardware, software, and internet access.
- NIIT is not responsible for related charges or maintenance.
13. Software
- Learners must arrange for necessary software, whether open-source or licensed.
- Required software: Windows 10 (latest updates), Google Chrome, antivirus, and software for virtual live sessions and offline collaboration.
- Learner may need to setup few software as required during different modules of the Course. The Mentor will share the details during the respective stages of the Course.
- Learner may also need some new software for which the Learner could use appropriate evaluation or trial version.
- Learner will require Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Word, Power Point)
- NIIT is not responsible for software procurement, installation, or troubleshooting.
14. Learning Management System (LMS)
- Access to the LMS is provided through the NIIT portal with the learner's user ID and password.
- LMS access is limited to the course duration.
- LMS use is governed by its own T&C.
15. Learning Material
- All study materials are digital and available on the LMS.
- Study materials are for Learners use only and are protected by copyright laws.
16. Communication
- Primary communication from NIIT is via email (registered email ID) of the learner.
- NIIT may also use SMS, calls, post, or LMS messages.
- To ensure uninterrupted communication, Learners must intimate NIIT (by writing to the helpdesk at CustomerCareDigital@niit.com) for any changes in personal details.
- Enrolment implies consent for NIIT to use the personal information of the learner for communication.
17. Grievances
Learners may email grievances to CustomerCareDigital@niit.com with their details.
18. Discipline
- Learners must adhere to discipline and decorum during online sessions.
- Proper dress code and background setting are required for online sessions.
- During the Learners association with NIIT, the Learner must not take part in any activity against NIIT and its officials in any forum and social media.
- Violations of discipline may result in admission cancellation , fee forfeiture and penal actions as needed.
19. Privacy Policy
Learners must comply with the privacy policy and T&C on the LMS and NIIT website. Unethical behaviour may result in admission cancellation and fee forfeiture.
20. Amendments
NIIT reserves the right to amend the T&C without prior notice due to process improvements, research, technological advancements, industry requirements, and statutory compliance. Amendments will be updated on the LMS and notified to learners.
21. Learners Undertaking
By enrolling and paying the course fee, learners confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions as mentioned in this document. They acknowledge that the T&C supersede any prior discussions or assurances from an NIIT official or third parties.

NIIT is not a university or AICTE/UGC recognized institute and does not award degrees. It is a skills development organization offering industry-relevant training.
