Pune, 20 December, 2013: NIIT MindChampion Viswanathan Anand today unveiled a unique learning solution introduced by NIIT NGuru - Interactive Classrooms @ Home (ICR@Home), at a function organized in the city. Amit Gupte, Zonal Head – South & West also graced the occasion. The innovative learning solution aims to provide every child the advantage of using multimedia content and interactivity from home.
NIIT NGuru Interactive Classrooms @ Home is a revolutionary new offering from NIIT that empowers institutions to manage the challenges of the future by increasing the impact of the teaching-learning process and making learning a more meaningful experience for children.

NIIT NGuruICR@Home facilitates the integration of technology by equipping institutions to offer technology-enabled teaching-learning tools, with age-appropriate instructional design that effectively disseminates knowledge that is easier and more interesting to comprehend.

On the occasion NIIT MindChampion Viswanathan Anand also unveiled the new avatar of NIIT Nguru Math Lab Plus, a breakthrough initiative that aims at making the vital subject of mathematics simpler, easier and fun to learn for school students and IT Wizard Plus, a solution specifically designed for the modern day challenges in teaching IT in schools.

His talk - ‘Raise Your Spirits’ inspired the students on facing up to the challenge and turning them into opportunities.

The Cloud component of theICR@Home solution supports the school with tools to conduct assessments, record and manage data with respect to the regularity of assessment, frequency of unit testing, retesting and facilitates the diagnosis of learning gaps and use of relevant corrective measures.

The software tools cover both the scholastic and the co-scholastic aspects of students’ growth and development. Complete support for CCE is provided in the areas of data capture, data management, performance analysis, report generation and analysis are completely addressed. These features will enable the school to implement Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) smoothly and effectively.

NIIT NGuru Math Lab Plus provides an opportunity to students to understand, internalize, discover and verify the basic mathematical and geometrical concepts through concrete objects and situations.
