The Corporate Learning Business has been transferred to NIIT Learning Systems Limited and will now be known as NIIT Managed Training Services (NIIT MTS). The remaining business comprising of the Skills & Careers Business shall continue in NIIT Limited. This reorganization creates two independent companies with sharper focus on respective businesses, greater agility and customer centricity, thus maximizing value for respective stakeholders. Both companies shall remain part of the NIIT Group and be listed on the BSE/NSE.

NIIT Limited, a global talent development corporation announced today that its two main business units have been reorganized into two separate companies on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), India.
The Skills and Careers Group (SNC) will continue to
remain
part of NIIT Limited which is listed on
the NSE/BSE.
The Corporate Learning Group (CLG) is now part of NIIT Learning Solutions Limited (NLSL) and doing business as NIIT Managed Training Services (NIIT MTS). The company shall be listed on the BSE/NSE post necessary regulatory approvals.
