Our team of learning consultants will schedule a series of interactive workshops to benchmark your organization against the Adaptive Learning framework. The outcome will be an in-depth benchmarking report that will help you assess your current learning practices and identify specific gaps and recommendations across each area, best practice and activity.

Roadmap

Next, the team will build a customized roadmap for implementing the specific actions and recommendations from the benchmarking report aligned with your organization and L&D strategy.

Implementation Coaching

Implementation coaching involves six months of:
