Antarpreet Singh

Director, Digital Learning, Indian School of Business

Antarpreet is a Techno Business strategist having worked for over 33 years with global technology companies like Alcatel Lucent, Tellabs, Fujitsu, and Reliance Jio.

At the start of his career, he was involved in Fujitsu’s manufacturing control operations for digital exchanges in India. In 2001, he moved to R&D software domain and successfully led a VC-funded telecom software start-up working in SS-7 signalling stack. Later, he had successful stints as R&D Software leader with Tellabs and Alcatel Lucent.

In 2009, Antarpreet moved from R&D software to Learning & Development. He set up 4 campuses of Alcatel Lucent university in India and later, as Asia Pacific leader (24 campuses), was part of a global team which transformed the university from a cost centre to a P&L based front ranking global corporate university. He later moved to Jio and set up a countrywide Jio-4G university with 29 state training units.

In 2016, Antarpreet started his entrepreneurial journey by cofounding a Digital Learning & Consulting company. As an entrepreneur, he was responsible for setting up the Flipkart e-commerce academy, Pinelabs academy (India’s first digital academy in payments space), and several other digital learning & online skilling initiatives. He is currently a leader for Digital Learning with Indian School of Business – for both campuses as well as Executive Education.

Antarpreet loves teaching and training and has been a guest speaker on Digital Learning & Transformation with leading B-schools in India.
