We have been talking about the disruption of business models for the past few years, equally in the field of learning for learning professionals. It’s been wonderful to have colleagues discuss these challenges that we are collectively experiencing and some of the diversity of solutions that we are exploring. It’s been a fabulous week to explore these challenges together and learn from other companies what they are doing to address these.
