Sanjeev Kumar is a creative, result-oriented visionary, and a collaborative leader with 22 years of IT service experience in managing large scale technology delivery for global clients and strategic initiatives for organization at the global level.

Sanjeev is proficient in setting up a campus capacity model for more than 400 people per year while managing $8M training spend year on year. He has been instrumental in adding more that 18% of the total organizational work force through campus programs called Hire Train Deploy (HTD), Just in time (JIT), etc. He is also recognized as a change management champion.

Presently, working as India campus lead for SapientRazorfish, Sanjeev manages the entire junior talent acquisition lifecycle. He is skilled in managing large scale global delivery with top line $22M revenue and 150+ member teams, with a growing account top line at consistent double digits having less than 15% attrition.

Sanjeev has been recognized by erstwhile President of India Sri Pranab Mukherjee through nomination by NIT Jalandhar to represent the industry at ‘Visitor’, organized by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). His other recognitions include ‘Bihar Ratna’ by Bihar Positive, Special Guest Speaker at National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) at Kansas City, USA, etc.

Sanjeev is a member of Board of Studies (BoS) at NIT Bhopal, Thapar University, and RVCE Bangalore, and the Board of Management (BOM) at Graphics Era University (GEU). He is also an active mentor to various e-campuses in India and conducts various industry-related career guidance lectures.
