Senior Vice President, Refinery and Marketing, Reliance Industries Ltd

Rajagopalan Purushothaman is an alumni of IMT, Ghaziabad with nearly 35 years of experience in Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing and Direct Selling industry. He is currently Senior Vice President of Refinery and Marketing Academy at Reliance Industries.

Previously, Rajagopalan has worked with Reliance Retail, Jio, Reliance Industries, NIS Sparta Ltd, Franklin Covey, South Asia, and DOOR International. In 2018, Rajagopalan won the Brandon Hall award for the best business impacting learning intervention. He was also awarded the ‘Asian Human Capital Award’, established by the Ministry of Labour, Singapore and Human Capital Leadership Institute. He has been awarded thrice by Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and LEAP Vault for the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of the year, for Best Corporate Academy and best business impacting learning intervention.
