Selvan is an engineer and an MBA from one of India’s prestigious B-schools and has over 30 years of experience in the IT sector. He has played several roles across Sales, Business Development, Quality, Learning & Development (L&D), and Business Process Reengineering in multiple organizations.

Currently, Selvan heads L&D for Capgemini, India, where he is responsible for competency development, cadre building, workforce transformation, and leadership pipeline development.
