Neelu is a future-focused change agent committed to transforming organizations’ capability development landscape through its people, processes, culture, technology, and analytics. She has worked across multiple industries and global environments playing many roles within Learning, Talent & Organization Development. She currently leads Corporate Learning & Leadership Development globally for Genpact.

Over the last 17 years, Neelu has built her expertise around Business Process Operations, Training and Knowledge Management, integrated Learning, Talent and OD solutions design & deployment, Leadership Development, and Culture & Values implementation.

The last few years have given her the opportunity to unite her education in technology, experience in capability development, passion for transformation, and curiosity in learning sciences. She has spent considerable time digitalizing the L&OD landscape through new-age learning practices and technologies, to build a more flexible, agile and inclusive workforce capable of driving digital transformation.

Neelu has done her Bachelors in Computer Science, and an MBA in HR from Institute of Management and Technology, Ghaziabad, India. She is a certified MSP (Managing Successful Programs) Practitioner for large-scale transformation initiatives, and a qualified facilitator for multiple globally recognized behavioral development programs / initiatives.

She features in the list of ‘2017 Top 100 India Training & Development Minds’ by Times Ascent & World Human Resource Development Congress for her extraordinary work and track record.
