Kolapi has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry spanning aspects of software design, development, project management, client relationship management, quality and training. Her experience includes start up and delivery of complex projects as well as leading multi-cultural project teams of 1000+ people in globally distributed matrix and direct structures. She has led teams and executed large-sized projects in diverse industry segments including Government, Banking, Finance, and Telecom.

Presently, she is Director of Client Services at Cloud Business Innovation Center (CBIC) at IBM, where she is responsible for delivery of industry solution offerings on the cloud, leading to business outcomes, for clients across design, build, run and manage, from CBIC India.

Kolapi holds an MS degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani. She is an IBM certified Complex Project Manager and a board member of the IBM Project Management Certification Board.
