Judhajit Das

Chief Human Resources, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited

Judhajit Das started his career in 1995 with the RPG Group, a diversified conglomerate, and has worked in multiple businesses spanning manufacturing and the services sector. After a stint with GE Capital, Judhajit joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in November, 2000. He has been leading the HR team at ICICI Prudential Life since August, 2005 and is currently responsible for the functions of HR, Administration, Technology Infrastructure, and CSR.

Judhajit graduated in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur. He was past Chair of HR & Training Committee of CII Western Region and past President of the Mumbai chapter of the National HRD Network.
