Rajesh Sood is Head of Sales and Distribution at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Company. He has over 26 years of work experience in Banking, Consumer Finance and Insurance and has held leadership positions with leading organizations like ANZ Grindlays Bank, GE Money, and Bank of America.

Prior to joining DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, he worked with Bank of America as Sr. Vice President, Consumer Service & Operations, where he successfully established consumer operations in India and Philippines.

During his stint with GE Money, he has led various businesses including Unsecured Loans and Credit Cards at SBI Cards, their group company. He was also the Managing Director for the Home Finance business of GE in India and Business Head for the Auto Lease Business. He is credited with scaling various business lines with a sharp focus on profitability.

In his current role as EVP & Chief Distribution Officer, over the last 4 years, he has been instrumental in building a strong pan-India footprint and has ensured that DHFL Pramerica establishes its position among the top 10 private life insurers. In FY 17-18, despite being one of the last entrants, DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance was rated the fastest growing company amongst its peers.
