Speaker: Kavita Mehra

As the India Center of Excellence (COE) Leader, Kavita oversees all aspects of COE, Central Management working closely with the leadership council, Dell Technologies India Leadership Team. Her role also entails working with functional leaders in developing strategy and executing on India site vision. She is responsible for key strategic pillars including the India Innovation Forum, High Potential Development Programs, Industry connect as well as communications for the COE.

With 23+ years of total experience, she has been with Dell Technologies for almost 19 years working across Imaging Sales, ANZ Small and Medium Business, India Commercial, and Consumer Sales, APJC Customer Care and CSG India Consumer Services business- her last role before taking up the COE responsibilities.

A business management graduate from Delhi, Kavita is driven by continuous learning and is passionate about building more diverse, equitable and inclusive teams. As an advocate of transformational leadership, Kavita values Innovation as being one of the cornerstones of success in life. Outside of work she enjoys reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, rifle shooting and spending quality time with her family.
