Speaker: Narayanan Sreenivasan

Narayanan Sreenivasan is the Executive Vice President & Head of Functional Training at Kotak Mahindra bank. He is also the member of the Consumer Bank Executive Team of Kotak.

Narayanan has been a part of Kotak Team for over 2 years and oversees the functional learning needs of over 50,000+ employees in Retail Liabilities, Retail Assets and Customer Experience Centre.

He is keenly working on learner-centric training models, aimed at creating empowerment and ownership amongst employees with a vision of making the banking experience joyful for all, employees and customers alike.

Before joining Kotak, Narayanan Sreenivasan was part of the DBS Bank India, Consumer Banking Team for over 12 years. He is a post graduate in Marketing and Finance, Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India and is a Certified as a Professional Behavioural Analyst by TTI (USA).
