Spanning over 35 year, Prameela’s professional experience includes 10 years as a missile scientist, dedicated to building mission critical defence solutions, followed by a long stint in the technology sector, where she held global leadership portfolios, including Software Delivery, Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources Leadership and building and scaling Global Businesses

Currently, at Mastek, she is leading Mastek’s Enterprise-wide AI transformation journey, seamlessly integrating human ingenuity with AI powered solutions to re-imagine and re-engineer the organisation and build a resilient, future-ready enterprise.

Prameela became Indian IT Industry’s First Woman COO @ Zensar Technologies where she has led multiple global leadership portfolios spanning across Software Deliveries, Sales & Marketing, Enterprise Presales, Strategy and Human Resources.

Prameela is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and the Indian School of Business and was awarded the Rising CEO Award and the ‘Woman in Tech’ Award by ISG.

She is a Leadership Coach and has been actively mentoring and coaching Industry leaders.

To add to her versatile profile, she is also an adrenaline enthusiast and enjoys Scuba diving, Sky diving and Bungy jumping.
