Sachin Grover is Head of GenAI Initiatives at NIIT Limited, with over 25 years of diverse experience in IT solutions architecture, product management, and technology evangelism, he leads outcome-oriented programs across data science, AI/ML, full-stack development, and emerging technologies.

Sachin has been with NIIT since 2005, progressing through roles such as Product Manager, Technology Specialist, Design & Products Head, and Head of Learning Solutions & Operations at StackRoute. He drives business growth, technological innovation, and client success in individual learning and corporate upskilling, with expertise in architecting EdTech platforms using modern patterns like microservices, reactive systems, cloud, and event-driven architectures. A solutions architect and technology evangelist, Sachin has led multiple high-impact programs, including remote IT training for enterprises, GenAI & Agentic AI trainings, and mastery-based learning initiatives that emphasise practical, project-based pedagogy designed by practitioners.

He actively contributes to NIIT's digital transformation efforts, partnering with global clients to bridge skill gaps and build high-performance teams. As Head of GenAI Initiatives, Sachin now defines and executes NIIT’s GenAI strategy, building enterprise-ready learning and solution frameworks across various AI technologies - large language models, agentic systems, and AI-enabled platforms & services. He leads cross-functional teams to translate rapid GenAI advances into scalable, responsible, and business-relevant outcomes.
