Prior to joining Wipro, Sanjeev has held leadership roles at Kyndryl Holdings (IBM spin-off), IBM, Cognizant, and GE. In his previous roles, Sanjeev enabled profitable growth by integrating end-end Talent Supply Chain, driving margin expansion, simplifying processes, and strengthening operating rhythm. Sanjeev has been instrumental in setting & scaling up of Global Capability Centers(GCC’s) for GE Capital across India, Philippines, Guatemala, and the turnaround of GE-State Bank of India Credit Card JV as a co-CEO.

Sanjeev is a distinguished alumni from NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering), Mumbai and a certified Master Black Belt from GE. Deeply committed to making a difference in the community, Sanjeev serves on the Boards of Literacy India and United Way of Bangalore, focusing on education, environment, and empowerment of women.
