Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in graduation.
Age Limit: 21 to 28 years.
Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of work experience.

Disqualification Conditions:

Relatives in HDFC Bank: Candidates with immediate family members (as per the bank's relative hiring policy) employed at HDFC Bank are ineligible. If two relatives are selected, the one with the lower assessment score must withdraw.
Disciplinary History: Individuals who have faced disciplinary actions in previous employment.
Legal Issues: Those with past or pending criminal proceedings or consumer forum cases.
First-Degree Relatives: Applicants with first-degree relatives (e.g., spouse, parents, children, siblings) working at HDFC Bank cannot be hired.

Additional Notes:

Disclosure Requirement: All candidates must disclose any relatives employed or under consideration for employment at HDFC Bank during the offer process.
Verification Process: HDFC Bank will verify educational qualifications and backgrounds through an external agency. Authenticity of provided details is mandatory for selection and employment.
Medical Fitness: Upon joining, candidates must submit a self-declaration of medical fitness.

Shortlisting at any stage is based on HDFC Bank's criteria. The bank reserves the right to verify all information provided by candidates.

Candidates shall need to appear for an Online assessment and One-on-One Interaction. The candidates who clear all the this shall be eligible to join the program.

It is 45 days residential training at the NIIT University. This program comes with direct Job posting after clearing the residential training.

Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language and local language, both written and spoken and with 0 to 3 years of work experience. Age between 21 to 28 years.

Certificate in "ACE Banker Program" issued by NIIT University

HDFC Bank will issue the student with a provisional Letter of Intent that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by all the terms & conditions mentioned in the Letter of Intent.

The total fee for the program is ₹ 150,000 + 18% GST (₹ 177,000/-).

The program fee includes 45 Days Residential Training at NIIT University (food, boarding & Lodging during 45 Days residential training)

Once you are selected after clearing screening process of online assessment & one on one interaction, you will have to pay a Registration Fee of ₹ 10,000+ Taxes. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training, which can be self-financed, or you can apply for loan.

Following Documents are required during selection: Updated Resume (CV) Address Proof/Identity Proof/Signature Proof (PAN card, Aadhar Card, Passport / Driving License/Voter’s Id) Birth Date Proof (Passport / Driving License / Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate) Academic Certificates (X, XII, Graduation all documents) Experience letter and Relieving letter from your last employer will be required .

Once the Program starts fee is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee paid is refundable.

The ACE Banker Program is an initiative by HDFC Bank – NIIT IFBI Academy focusing on building talent at HDFC Bank and aims to create next-generation Customer Experience Executives/Customer Care Executives.

No, the programme requires you to have completed graduation.

No, this is a full time program and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this program and at the time of joining this program, you are required to submit Experience letters and Relieving letters from your previous employers.

In that case your admission shall stand “Cancelled”. The Admission Booking Fee of Rs. 11,800/- (Including GST) shall be refunded to you. You need to send a refund request email to Hdfcinfo@niit.com with a copy of cancelled cheque or a copy of passbook with Bank Name, IFSC Code, Bank account no, Beneficiary Name clearly visible. Your refund shall be processed within 15 days from receipt of all documents.

The student will be placed as a Customer Experience Executives/Customer Care Executives at HDFC Bank. The role of a Customer Experience Executives/Customer Care Executives has to cater to branch management operations, customer service, sales, reporting etc.

This program comes with direct Job posting after clearing 45 days residential training.

Posting allocation would solely depend upon business requirements of the HDFC Bank and vacancies available at that time. The above is applicable for all Customer Experience Executives/Customer Care Executives across any role / vertical
