  • X, XII, and Graduation should be in regular mode (Correspondence, Distance Learning, Vocational, Open Schooling are not allowed).
  • For the candidates having a gap in education, only up to 2 years of the academic gap is allowed after the 10th, not more than that.

With over 25 years of experience in the Banking industry, Bhavna Rohera brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience into her training. She has worked with Indian Overseas Bank as well as HSBC Dubai UAE.

Graduates from any stream with above 20 years (at the training start date) and work experience between 0-3 years, who are interested to have a rewarding career in the Banking sector should join this course. Note that proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a pre-requisite for the program.

All candidates will need to appear and clear an Online Assessment and an NIIT Interview. The candidates who clear both the stages will be eligible to join the program.

The student will be placed as a Virtual Relationship Management or Virtual Acquisition Management at an Assistant Manager Grade at any of the Axis Bank Contact Centers.

The training will happen virtually on an online digital platform.

Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language, both written and spoken.

Certificate in Virtual Sales and Relationship Management – from NIIT - IFBI

Axis Bank will issue the student with a provisional offer letter that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by the terms & conditions mentioned in the offer.

The total fee for the program is ₹85,000 + taxes.

The program fee includes 3 months of online virtual training + 1 months of guided internship at an Axis Bank Contact Center.

Once you are shortlisted and you receive a Welcome Letter form NIIT, you will have to pay an registration fee of ₹15,000. The balance amount will have to be paid before the commencement of training.

Following Documents are required during selection:

  • PAN card Aadhar Card Address Proof (Passport / Driving License/Voter’s Id)
  • Birth Date Proof (Passport / Driving License / Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate)
  • Academic Certificates (X, XII, Graduation all documents)
  • Relieving letter from your last employer will be required if you have been or are a working professional

The program fee will be collected in 3 installments as detailed in the Payment Plan. Once the term starts and you exit in between the installment paid for the respective Term is refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee is refunded including the registration fee.

The program is an initiative by Axis Bank – NIIT Academy of Relationship and Wealth Management focused on building talent at Axis Bank and aims to create next-generation Virtual RMs.

No, the program requires you to have completed graduation at the time of joining.

The internship will have to be done at any of Axis Bank Contact Centers basis the needs and business requirements of the Bank and will be for one month. There is no stipend paid during the Internship.

No, this is a full-time program and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this program and at the time of joining this program, you are required to submit a relieving letter from your last employer.

It is the sole discretion of the Bank to place the candidate at any of their given locations depending upon their requirements.
