- Promote NIIT programs through their social networks and peer groups.
- Promote enrolment to Webinar/Seminar sessions as and when conducted by NIIT.

- Educate peers about NIIT’s career programs and skilling opportunities

- Minimum redeemable value will be in multiples of 5 points only
- Points will be awarded on successful completion of activity.
- If the activity is an Enrolment, points can be awarded only after one month of batch start.
- Points may be redeemed only after the completion of the Ambassador’s tenure and must be redeemed within one month from the tenure end date
- The points can be redeemable as gift vouchers only and no cash redemption is possible

- Definitions
- NIIT: shall mean NIIT Ltd, having its registered office at Plot No. 85, Sector 32, Institutional Area, Gurugram 122001 (Haryana) India.
- Ambassadors: Members of student community who will be the trusted voice of NIIT Brand.
- Gift Vouchers: pre-paid payment vouchers designed to be accepted for purchase of specific set of products/services from a merchant establishment.
- Reward Points: Points accumulated through the activities done by the Ambassadors. The reward points can be redeemed against gift vouchers. 1 point = Rs. 100.
- Brand Usage
- Ambassadors are permitted to use NIIT’s name and approved details only for the purpose of promoting official NIIT activities and offerings after due approval from NIIT authorised representative.
- Any unauthorized or misleading use of NIIT’s brand identity, trademarks, or materials will result in termination of Ambassadorship and may attract legal action.
- Code of Conduct
- Ambassadors must represent NIIT with integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions, online or offline.
- While providing the program/course details offered by NIIT to the prospective candidates, Ambassadors have to ensure that they provide the correct details as per the website and brochures provided by NIIT and not to misrepresent, mislead with incorrect information or make any promises which are not part of the program offerings by NIIT.
- Any such violation will lead to termination of the Ambassadorship and may lead to necessary punitive action as deemed.
- Content Guidelines
- All content (posts, videos, reels, blogs, memes, testimonials, etc.) created by Ambassadors must be aligned with NIIT’s values and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or controversial elements.
- Negative or harmful behaviour, offensive language, or misrepresentation of facts about NIIT will not be tolerated and result in termination of Ambassadorship of the candidate immediately. Any incentive accumulated till then or due in future will be forfeited .
- NIIT reserves the right to request modification or removal of any content that misrepresents or damages the brand.
- Approval Process of content
- For all posts or content, Ambassadors are required to submit content for pre-approval by NIIT before publishing.
- Ambassadors must adhere to guidelines provided during onboarding or through periodic updates.
- Confidentiality
- Ambassadors shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary, sensitive, and internal information disclosed to them throughout their participation in the Ambassador of NIIT initiative. This includes, but is not limited to, initiative details, marketing strategies, internal communications, and any materials not publicly available. Ambassadors agree not to disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling their role within the program.
- Any misuse, unauthorized use, or misleading representation of NIIT’s brand, trademarks, materials, or proprietary information by the Ambassador will be considered a material breach of this agreement. In such cases, NIIT reserves the right to terminate the Ambassadorship immediately and seek appropriate remedies, including but not limited to financial compensation for any damages incurred by NIIT as a result of such actions.
- Data Collection and Privacy
- Ambassadors must use only NIIT-approved links, forms, and platforms for collecting personal information of prospective candidate. Under no circumstances should personal information be collected, stored, or shared through unauthorized means (such as personal spreadsheets, social media messages, or third-party tools).
- Entry of Candidate Details must be done by the prospects themselves, and the Ambassador is not authorized to enter the information on behalf of the candidate. Ambassadors are not authorized to ask the login and password details to gain access to the candidate’s application details on NIIT portal either to enter/update the details.
- Any misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized sharing of personal information will lead to immediate termination of the Ambassadorship initiative and may invite further disciplinary/legal action as deemed appropriate by NIIT.
- No Monetary Transactions
- Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from engaging in any monetary transactions with prospects. Their role is limited to guiding the prospects to the official NIIT website and authorized payment gateways.
- Under no circumstance should an ambassador collect, accept, or handle money on behalf of NIIT. Ambassador is not authorised to take the payments from the prospects into their bank or UPI payments account.
- Ambassadors are not authorised to collect or charge any payment from the prospects for providing any information about NIIT or facilitating the program enrolment process.
- Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the initiative and may invite further disciplinary/legal action.
- Incentives & Rewards
- Incentives are conditional to successful verification of activities by NIIT.
- Enrolment based incentives will only be available if the enrolment is from a new enquiry and the enquiry details does not already exist in the system.
- The Ambassador cannot claim any reward if the enrolled candidate cancels the Registration and applies for a refund of the Program. The reward can only be availed after the candidate registers and attends at least one month of the batch.
- For timely accrual of reward points, Ambassadors are expected to follow the process of taking prior approval of the activity/content being planned; then sharing the necessary proofs to the NIIT representative in time for verification and approval.
- NIIT’s decision on reward points eligibility shall be final and binding.
- Vouchers once issued can’t be changed. If the vouchers are lost or expired, there will be no replacement of the same.
- Reward points can’t be exchanged for in lieu cash benefit
- The benefits of 10% discount on a career program and/or a free modular program are applicable for the Ambassador only and can’t be transferred to any other person. These benefits can be availed subject to meeting the requisite eligibility conditions as applicable.
- The Gift Vouchers issued by NIIT are governed by the respective Merchant establishment. NIIT’s responsibility is limited to issuing of the Gift Vouchers as per the eligibility and scheme.
- NIIT will not be responsible for any defects or failure or warranty of the products or services purchased using the Gift Vouchers of 3rd party Merchant establishments provided by NIIT.
- Continuity of the Initiative
- NIIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador of NIIT initiative at its discretion without prior notice.
- Ambassadors may voluntarily withdraw from the program f by informing NIIT in writing.
- Any unredeemed points, vouchers, or discounts accrued under the Ambassador of NIIT initiative will be forfeited if an Ambassador is removed from the Initiative due to a breach of guidelines, code of conduct, or terms and conditions
- Upon termination, the Ambassador will lose all rights to redeem any previously accumulated reward points, and NIIT reserves the right to cancel or reclaim any unutilized rewards or benefits without prior notice.
- However, on termination, the Ambassador will be able to utilise the Gift vouchers already issued to the Ambassador as per their validity period.
- Non-Employment Clause
- Ambassadors act in a voluntary capacity. Participation in this initiative does not establish any form of employment, partnership, or contractual obligation between NIIT and the Ambassador.
- Indemnity Clause
- Ambassador will not hold NIIT accountable for any legal or other litigations which may arise from the activities taken up by the Ambassador either on-ground or through social media or by any unauthorised representation of NIIT brand, false promises or misleading the prospects. NIIT will not be responsible for all such actions taken up by the Ambassadors.
